一、 Product Introduction:
In 2025, we will launch the AW series of small-sized wide-voltage, high-performance AC/DC modular power supplies. Based on market perspectives and refined customer needs, we are now introducing the cost-effective, low-power, and small-sized AW05-NSxx series, with a maximum power of 5W. This series boasts advantages such as ultra-small size, wide operating temperature range, and high cost-effectiveness.
1)Ultra-small size, flexible application scenarios
With dimensions of 25.4*25.4*17.6mm and a 1*1 proportion design, it is widely applicable to situations where space is limited;
2)Wide voltage range input
85-305VAC/100-430VDC is suitable for global voltage requirements, and standard voltages such as 110/220/277VAC are all applicable;
3)High reliability and comprehensive protection functions
① High isolation insulation withstand voltage of 4000VAC/5mA;
② Output protection functions such as short circuit and overcurrent protection;
③ Overcurrent protection - Input 220VAC, overcurrent point ≥140%Io;
④ The engineering plastic shell meets UL94V-0 standards, featuring high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance;
⑤ Environmentally friendly industrial glue filling and sealing, dustproof and moisture-proof.
4)Wide operating temperature range, low power consumption
① Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +85℃;
② No derating at -25~70℃;
③ The no-load power consumption is as low as 0.1W;
5)Simplify peripheral circuits
① A simple peripheral setup can meet EMI CLASS B requirements;
② A simple peripheral can withstand surge immunity of 2KV and burst immunity of 4KV;

It is widely applicable in various fields such as industrial control systems, smart homes, intelligent buildings, smart agriculture, household appliances, etc., and is particularly suitable for places with high requirements for volume and EMI.
